Your haters are still doing what they've always done, taking jabs at you, bearing no fruit, bonding over their hatred of you... funny, since they all used to talk about each other.
But you, on the other hand, are Growing in your relationship with God, Giving your time and energy to those who want you there, and Grinding on/Growing in your ministry gifts.
